Language
The conference will have English as the working language both for the presentations and for the proceedings.
Registration fees

Accommodation
The organizers will arrange accommodation for the participants. Reservations for accommodations should be made on the registration form.

The prices will be (breakfast included):
Single room: NOK 1.300,-
Double room: NOK 1.100,- per person
The registration fee will include participation in the Conference, Welcome Reception, 3 lunches, coffee/tea during the Conference, and a copy of the proceedings.
Payment
Please do not send money before you have received the invoice with payment instruction included.
Confirmation
Confirmation of registration and hotel reservation will be mailed to you in due time.
Cancellations
For cancellations received Oslo before 1 August 2007, refund will be made in full less NOK 500,- for adminstrative expenses.
For cancellations received between 1 August and 1 September, a refund of 50 % will be made.
We cannot make refunds for cancellations received after 1 September 2007.
Currency
The monetary unit in Norway is the Norwegian Krone (NOK). On 10 January 2007 the exchange rate was approx. NOK 6,50 = 1 US $ and NOK 8,35 = 1 Euro.
Transportation
There is train service between Oslo and Lillehammer (www.nsb.no) and between Oslo Airport Gardermoen (www.nsb.no). There is also bus service between Oslo and Lillehammer (www.nor-way.no). The web-sites have English pages.
Personal Invitation
The organizers will be pleased to send a personal invitation to the conference upon request. The invitation is made only to help the participants raise travel funds or to obtain visa. It is not a commitment from the organizers to provide any fi nancial support
Proceedings
All papers will be included in the proceedings. The proceedings are included in the registration fee and will be available at the registration in Lillehammer.
Weather
The weather in September is normally pleasant with temperatures around 15 C.
Dress
Casual wear are suggested for all conference events. Warm clothes are recommended in the evening. Remember your sweater.
Company Presentations
Companies are invited to present their services and equipment at a mini exhibition during the Symposium, on the condition that they have at least one delegate paying the full fee.
Price: NOK 5.000,- for area of width 2-3 meters, depth 1 meter.
